WANTED : TELESALES PROFESSIONAL WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD

PSP Publishing is a successful, dynamic and growing independent publisher producing the best-selling magazines and most successful periodicals in the Scottish market.

Since 1995, we have expanded rapidly and continue to buck the trend.

We are a young, dynamic, innovative company and in the last year alone we have:-

·          Grown and maintained our existing portfolio of market-leading publications and websites

·          Launched an incredibly successful new magazine and website, that already have a waiting list of advertisers for next year.

·          Launched possibly the most successful new event that Scotland has ever seen.

·           Had to massively increase the circulation of one of our magazines to cater for grossly increased newsstand sales – making it now the best selling Scottish magazine on the market.

We need  a driven, fast paced individual with a passion for sales and closing the deal to help us grow even more in 2010.

The role:

·          Office based – telephone based business to business advertising sales

·          A mix of new business and relationship management

Required skills:

• Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
• Self-motivation, organisation, with the ability to multitask & prioritise
• Must have a proven track record of success in sales – you must be a closer

We Are Offering:

• An entry level basic salary between £18,000 and £21,000
• Very realistic OTE between £32 and £40K
