The Client
We are currently recruiting for a telephone collector to work in their busy contact centre.
Your role as a Telephone Collector will be to contact debtors to discuss reasons for non-payment.
Responsibilities
- Contacting debtors on a day to day basis
- Finding out reasons for non payment
- Negotiating payment plans
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets
Skills & Experience
- Previous collections experience is essential
- Working to targets within a pressurised environment
- Negotiating and persuasive skills
Shifts
You must be flexable to work shifts over 7 days
