This is a fabulous opportunity to join one of our clients who are forward thinking and extremely rewarding to their staff. We are looking for swtiched on an very competent and resilient sales consultants to deal with Outbound calls to existing clients (NO COLD CALLING!!!)

In addition, you will promote and sell their exciting and very competitive products.

THIS POSITION WILL ENABLE YOU TO EARN SOME SERIOUS CASH IN BONUSES

Key areas of focus:

* maximising all revenue generating opportunities whilst providing an efficient, professional service to customers 
* accurately input customer data 
* meet quality standards, such as adherence to call script, compliance with insurance regulation and error rates in inputting data.

Skills and requirements:

*experience in a sales and service environment is essential (e.g. contact centre, retail, B2B, field)
*good working knowledge of PC packages
*experience of working in the insurance/financial services industry is an advantage however, not essential
*excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
*strong ability to perform well under pressure in a positive manner
