Have you gained some administrative experience, and are looking for your next position?
Change Recruitment have an excellent opportunity available within the head office of our client, a leading investments organisation in Edinburgh, for an administrative assistant. Working as part of a friendly team, the post holder will assist in providing administrative support to a very busy department within the organisation.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Mail duties for the team
- Maintaining and updating filing and records
- Scheduling and producing reports
- Ensuring all literature stocks are maintained
- Scanning of files
- All other ad-hoc administrative duties
This role offers an excellent salary and benefits package, within a supportive corporate environment. Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work without supervision, and excellent multi-tasking skills. This is a very busy and demanding role requiring a high level of attention to detail at all times, even when working to numerous deadlines.
