An exciting opportunity is available in a fast growing payroll company as an Administrator.  This is a new role in a rapidly expanding team.  You will work in a fast paced team and will be responsible for delivering a high quality of service to our clients/contractors.

Hours of work required is 9:00-5:30 Monday-Friday. This position is a termed contract ending 30th July 2010 with possibility of renewal of contract for 1st September 2010.

Candidate Requirements: 

·         Proven experience of one year or more in similar in Administration    

     ·       Proven track record in dealing with high volumes of data entry

·        Proven experience in telephone communication

·       Ability to communicate their time management styles and way of setting priorities

·       Working knowledge of MS packages

·      Explanation of job role:

·         Accurate entry of all client applications onto company CRM database

·       Policing of Non UK Nationals right to work in the UK while adhering to HMRC and Immigration and Border Control legislation

·       Corresponding with clients via telephone, email, letter

·       Continual updates company CRM database processed accurately and in accordance with company procedures

·       Strong team player.  Work well within team structure and contributes to the teams overall goals

·       Takes the  initiative to assist the team in pushing the workload forward as assigned by team leader
