My client is a leading Life & Pensions company, and due to  the creation of the Business Transformation area within Group Operations, we are looking to recruit a PA/Secretary to support the management team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team and provide an efficient and effective secretarial service to senior management.

You will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks to be carried out for the team and will be expected to deliver these to high standards and within agreed timescales, and will communicate with people at all levels across the business as well as external clients.

Essential experience required:

  • Previous experience as a PA/Secretary at management level and providing team support within financial services
  • Extensive experience in diary management
  • Ability to act as a gatekeeper, fielding calls/emails etc
  • Organised meetings/co-ordinate diaries and prepared relevant material and documentation in advance of manager’s meetings
  • Arranging team events/offsite meetings
  • Booking rooms/facilities/refreshments for team/managers meetings
  • Arranging travel
  • Preparing presentations using Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to converse at all levels
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively

 This role would suit someone with some financial services PA experience that is looking for their next move to develop their PA skills within a large organisation.
