Due to continued growth we are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Real Time Service Delivery candidate.

Working within one of Glasgows fore most Outsourcer who has major accounts with the Uk's biggest clients. You will be experienced in working in a fast moving contact centre environment while still being able to organise and prioritise your workload. This role will require you to work in Real time on the call floor and ensure that the staffing/call flow resource as at the required level throughout the day.

You will have a strong background in working with Avaya, Total view and CC Pulse.

You will also be able to:

  • Have sound understanding of the dynamics involved in the call flow and agent resourcing. 
  •  Awareness of the various commercial models utilised within the contact centre industry and the impact of Service Delivery on revenue
  • The ability to influence others
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills

You will come from a similar background and have previous experience of RealTime resourcing and will be able to show evidence of the following:

  • Updating workforce management systems
  • Liasing with Ops team
  • Processing holiday requests
  • Determining overtime requirements
