Assistant Management Accountant Ayrshire North   £21,000 - £23,500

An International engineering manufacturer has an exciting new role to recruit an ambitious part qualified accountant to work on various accounting projects.

We have a fantastic opportunity to recruit for a leading International manufacturing business, who requires an ambitious part qualified management accountant.

This role represents an excellent development programme and will suit a candidate that has shown proactive drive within a management account preparation environment. You will be currently studying towards ACCA or CIMA and ideally coming from manufacturing, engineering background, but other industries will be considered.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the key responsibilities are:

• Preparation of monthly management pack includes: P&L, Balance Sheet, rolling forecast etc.
• Preparation of annual projects budgets.
• Produce KPI analysis on specific business areas.
• Assist with development internal controls – work with internal/external audit ensuring processes follow strict governance.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Various analytical initiatives i.e.: Margins, Trend, and Performance etc.
