Our client, one of Ayrshire's leading luxury hotels, requires an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their existing management team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant /bar management, a passion for fine food and wine and enthusiasm for delivering first class customer service.
Ideally you will have worked in a 4 star luxury hotel environment, have high volume restaurant experience, be able to run functions and weddings and have experience in running a licensed bar and coffee shop.
