Personal Insolvency ManagerGlasgow   £28,000 - £38,000

Based in Glasgow, this thriving Insolvency Practice is looking at considerable growth over the next 12 months and is currently looking to recruit an experienced and ideally CPI qualified Personal Insolvency Manager.

Reporting to the Insolvency Partner you will have previous management experience as you will be responsible for training, developing and assisting in the day to day running of the Personal Insolvency teams as well as managing and controlling a large portfolio of cases ensuring compliance is adhered to and best practice followed.

You will be responsible for:

·         Reviewing / Signing all incoming and outgoing correspondence where appropriate

·         Reviewing all initial case reviews

·         Maintaining and updating of IPS system

·         Controlling and reviewing of WIP to budgets agreed

·         Monitoring and reviewing of Debtor ledger

·         Monitoring and reviewing of statutory matters to ensure compliance

·         Monitoring and reviewing of monthly accounts

·         Monitoring of book ledger/delinquent debtors

As an experienced and valued member of the management team you will be required to:

 ·         Inspire, motivate, lead, coach and develop the team and manage team 1-2-1’s

·         Ensure the team consistently delivers a high standard of service, attaining customer confidence, satisfaction and loyalty.

·         Translate business strategy into operational goals for the team, via clear communication, targets, objectives and service levels.

·         Address any employee issues in line with HR policies

·         Support the team with complex queries
