Being pleasant, courteous and polite is part of it, but it’s not enough. Customer service experience will be essential and great people skills will clearly be important. You’ll need to be organised and analytical, so that all the data you enter and deal with is correct, and proactive, so that you keep your knowledge of our products and services up to date.
