Nursery Manager

This is a role for an experienced Nursery Manager.  The nursery provides care and education for up to 57 children aged 03 months to 5 years.  You will need to be an organised Manager with the ability to guide and lead staff within a warm and supportive environment.  The role requires a Manager who is able to develop excellent links with the local community and all service users.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education.
• To effectively lead and manage the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance and training and support to all staff.
• To ensure all policies, procedures and curriculum’s are implemented and adhered to at all times.
• To keep up to date with current childhood thinking/trends.
• To effectively manage the budgets and occupancy levels.
• To implement an effective parents liaison programme, to be influential in developing strong links with parents.
• To manage all day to day operations of the nursery
