Senior European Welding Engineer - 64319 Edinburgh   Negotiable

Our Client has a vacancy for a Senior European Welding Engineer. Our Client is based on the south side of Edinburgh, and due to continual success are looking to appoint a resident Welding Engineer. This is a permanent position.

The successful candidate will have total responsibility for all welding procedure qualifications and procedure writing and approval, and ensuring that all company procedures are adhered to during the welding and fabrication processes. You will have overall authority on all welding and fabrication projects, both in the UK and Overseas, and will be responsible for keeping the company up to date in any advances in welding technology.

You will also be a central point in providing support to the production department, in defining weld failures and defects and also determining corrective and preventative action plans.

This is a full time permanent role and would be ideally suited to candidates who have a desire to be part of a business with strong growth and forward vision.

Candidates for this role must have substantial previous experience.
