If you are copier / printer engineer this may be the ideal opportunity for you.  The role is varied and exciting, giving you the opportunity to work on a wide range of products.  Full training will be provided and will help develop your engineering skills, giving you opportunities for progression.  A passion for customer service is just as important as your skill set and you will be confident in dealing with commercial, corporate and national account customers. 

You will be expected to

·         Repair and service equipment in a professional manner

·         Ensure customers receive a first class service

·         Implement all appropriate modifications and keep up to date with technical bulletins

·         Follow servicing schedules and highlight problem machines

·         Take responsibility for car stock

·         Use the latest hand-held technology to plan and clear calls and order parts
