Telesales & Business Development Manager East Kilbride   £30,000-£40,000 OTE Basic + Comm

PerfectProspects.com is a UK based International List Owner/Broker and New Media Agency, with offices in London and East Kilbride.

As a result of our growing success we are now actively seeking an experienced Sales Manager to help develop our B2B&B2C dedicated list sales teams within the East Kilbride office.

The successful candidate will have the following credentials and core skills:-

1 - Proven track record in sales and preferably sales management

2 – Ideally will have worked in an outbound telesales role

3 – Previous experience of working within a data driven industry or direct marketing environment would be preferable but not essential as training will be provided.

4 – Highly motivated and driven to succeed

5 – Leadership, Motivational & Influencing Skills

6 – Strong communication skills

7 – In addition to the aforementioned they will also have:- Problem Solving Skills, Motivation, Enthusiasm, Energy, Dedication, Hard Work Ethic, Strong Negotiation Skills, Imaginative & lateral thinking skill.
