Hours of Work (Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm)

Your responsibilities will include;

  1. Assisting the commercial directors implementing sales strategies aligned to target markets
  2. Manage the day-to-day operation of multi-disciplined teams aligned to target market
  3. Implement strategies to support the development and performance of the sales team

Managing a sales team co-ordinating sales calls, progressing leads, qualifying opportunities and conducting demonstrations of Q-Pulse product

Managing and closing sales opportunities

Gathering market intelligence from the customers you interact with and help map key accounts

Develop call planning on target accounts clearly defining call objectives and defining appropriate next steps.

Reporting of sales figures on a regular basis

The successful candidate will display the following attributes;

Possess B2B sales experience. You will have the drive and enthusiasm to thrive in a target driven environment and demonstrate the ability to generate new business

Ability to question effectively

Ability to listen to what is said and act upon it appropriately

Ability to spot a problem or pain point in a customer's process and be able to re-inforce but also find a solution

Ability to spot a waste of time and effort

Effective call planning to ensure every call contributes to progressing the lead or opportunity

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team - recognising your own role and that of others in the team

Ability to work to targets and/or dates provided to or demanded by prospects

Excellent written skills, including report writing

An understanding of the aviation domain would be an advantage

A degree background is essential for role
