The Job:
- Receiving and responding to all incoming calls from Vodafone customers in a professional, courteous and friendly manner using the relevant campaign guidelines and scripts
- Effectively handling all inquiries using a variety of tools in order to contribute to the achievement of company strategy and objectives
- Dealing with all customer contacts efficiently, meeting or exceeding their expectations of the company
About You:
- You will be an excellent communicator and enthusiastically express yourself
- Fantastic customer service skills (preferably gained within a contact centre, customer service or retail environment)
- Have experience in resolving customers issues
- Willing to work as part of a team
- Eligible to work in UK
