HR Administrator West Lothian   £16,500 (Fixed Term Contract 3 months)

Operating prisons throughout the UK, Kalyx is a business with a social purpose, providing custody with care for adult prisoners and young offenders.  We train and educate prisoners for resettlement and provide opportunities for their rehabilitation on release from prison. 

HMP Addiewell is a 796 place category B prison for male offenders in Scotland which opened in December 2008, serving the local courts of Lanarkshire and West Lothian.

We are looking for an HR Administrator to provide support to the HR function in HMP Addiewell. Reporting to the HR Manager you will provide a professional, timely and efficient HR service to employees, in accordance with policies and best practice.

To be successful in this role you will be a team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.  Advanced IT skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook are essential and previous HR experience is desirable.  You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be willing to study for the CPP/CIPD qualification.
