New Product Development Manager Glasgow   £25,000-£30,000

Hudson is currently recruiting fro a New Product Development Manager to join the senior management team within a food manufacturing organisation based in the Glasgow area.  

The main role responsibility will involve full ownership of all development activities on site controlling the process from initial concept, through factory scale ups and trials to post launch evaluations.  

You will also be responsible for understanding customer briefs, presenting to customers and developing and implementing a Process Control procedure to ensure the process is fully documented. 

It is essential for this role that you have a relevant food degree, with at least 2 years hands on experience working as either an NPD Manger or Assistant Manager within either a bakery or dough environment.   It would also be a benefit if you have had hands on experience of presenting to the multiples, in particular Tesco and Asda.

My client is offering a salary of between £25 – 30K depending on experience, along with a competitive package.
