Heating Engineer (HVAC) West Lothian   £25,000 per annum

We are now recruiting for a Heating Engineer at our newest establishment, HMP Addiewell, in Scotland. This role will report to the Facilities Manager at HMP Addiewell.

Key aspects of the post

• Cyclical PPM for all Heating and Ventilation Systems
• Assist with Reactive Breakdown Repairs
• Understanding of Legionella Prevention Schedules
• Participate in Out of Hours Emergency Response
• Ensure that the Health and Safety manual is complied with.
• Undertake any other duties as required that will contribute to the effective operation of the prison.

You will 

• Have Gas Safe Registration
• Provide proven experience of HVAC environment
• Show ability to problem solve and be creative
• Demonstrate team values and a positive attitude
• Participate in training as required in order to keep up to date with all mandatory and refresher training.
• Promote, understand and ensure compliance with all Kalyx Policies and Procedures
