Job Title:Blister Packing Technician (Pharmaceuticals)

Job Summary

We are looking to recruit a Blister Packing Technician for our Client's Packaging Unit in Suffolk

Key Responsibilities

·Responsible for smooth operation of packaging machines of Tablet and Capsule Packaging lines.

·To operate, clean and maintain the machines as per respective SOP.

·Ensure compliance of SOP's and cGMP.

·Control of wastage of material during packaging; improve the yield of product at every stage.

·Maintain the inventory of the consumables and spare parts for machines concerned.

·Ensure that the department is maintained clean.

·To carryout periodic preventive maintenance of packing machines.

·Environment monitoring of the areas.

·Involvement is qualification and validations of machines.

·To ensure that required safety equipments are available and safety procedures are followed at work place.

·Responsible for effective utilization of machines.

·Responsible for the maintenance of the standard operating procedures and all related packing records to ensure compliance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

·Ideally at least 1 year experience in blister packaging machines.

·Good knowledge of cGMP regulations and compliance

·Knowledge and exposure in EU, UK-MHRA, and other regulatory requirements

·A track record in managing quality assurance and quality control outputs in line with regulatory and company requirements

·Strong communication skills

Suitable candidates will need to drive to the site and live locally.
