Our client, a leading travel specialist, are recruiting for Travel Sales Consultants to join their team. Based in their modern contact centre in Glasgow, the role will involve working as part of a team delivering an informed and courteous service, going the extra mile and tailoring the perfect package for your clients. This is very much a sales role, and you will be expected to achieve set sales targets, while delivering expertise and advice through fantastic customer service. You will also deal with enquiries from customers who have already booked, making any amendments and taking payments as required. You will come from a travel sales background, with a working knowledge of Galileo, and a proven track record from a sales environment. You should be a confident communicator who shares a real passion for travel, and is a strong negotiator. On offer is a starting salary of £13,000 with a generous OTE on top.
