We are now looking to recruit a Field Service Specialist for their Service Solutions Team.
Main tasks of the position:
- to install, maintain, repair and support instruments throughout the UK and Ireland, maintaining and developing relationships with customers and references
- to utilize the CRM database to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness as well as utilizing all available tools such as Service Reports, Spare Part & Service Manuals, ISI Notes, etc
Position requirements:
- Experience within the after sales service business preferably in the life science industry
- Experience in maintaining instrumentation / equipment
- Technical or scientific degree
- Full drivers license
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally essential
Salary will depend on skills and experience.
