Our client is looking for staff to join their busy butchery team.

Your job will be to prepare meats such as beef, pork and lamb joints, using a stringing machine you will bind the joints to hold the meat together. Meat joints will go to a production department for packing, weighing and labelling. You will be involved in all aspects of production and attention to detail will be expected to ensure quality products are delivered to our end users.

You must have basic hygiene certificate and gained an NVQ Level 2 in Meat and Poultry Processing.
