A prominent Edinburgh based Financial Services firm is looking for an experienced manager to take responsibility for the Investigations and Control team. Responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth running of the team at all times, concentrating on the delivery of a high level of customer service; take responsibility for the successful resolution of queries and issues; identify potential operational risks and put in place appropriate changes and controls; document and update procedures in line with regulatory and audit requirements; Provide statistical and management information as requested; chair regular monthly departmental meetings and ensure good communication lines remain open to and from all staff

 

It is essential that you have experience of cash and stock reconciliations together with relevant industry qualifications. In addition you will have proven track record of team management and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
