Main Responsibilities:

Your role will be to take inbound calls from valued existing customers.  Each customer is different and you will deal with a variety of customer calls.  Offering excellent customer service and using your outstanding communication skills, you will deal with the call quickly and effectively.  Identifying opportunities, when you are dealing with the customer, you will advise them of the features and benefits of relevant products and services available to them, which will enhance their banking experience.

Skills and Experience:

You are very customer focused and have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.  You have outstanding communication skills and you are able to build a rapport with your customers.  You are very self motivated and driven to succeed.  You are comfortable introducing new products and services to customers, to ensure you have gone the extra mile to offer them a memorable banking experience.
