Job Description:
As a Senior Equipment Engineer, you will be working as part of the Diff/Dep/Epi Equipment Engineering Group.
Responsibilities include the following:

Ensure new tools are installed to time and cost targets, meeting ramp requirements
• Ensure tools hit modeled availability and cost of ownership targets, and devise programs to improve through discussions with all relevant groups within NSUK
• Manage stock inventories (min/max) and PM schedules to support wafer starts and cost control
• Mentor shift technicians to build shift expertise.
• Actively work with equipment vendors and other parties within NSC and the industry to identify innovative improvements to maximize equipment efficiency.
• Work closely with Process Engineering to improve process capability, including yield performance, through the design of output parameter OCAP’s and process and equipment improvements
• Develop and manage input parameter capability and ensure this is embedded with clear training and OCAP’s.
Working through TPM, support KPI initiatives and meetings with shift personnel to increase ownershift and awareness of all aspects of area performance

*Minimum requirements are: 3 to 5 years with BS or equivalent, 2 to 5 years with MS or equivalent, 0 years with Ph.D. or equivalent.
