JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for a complaints specialist for this leading financial company based in Glasgow city centre.  Your role will be to fully investigate customer complaints regarding mortgages or investments and aim for resolution.  Based upon the evidence you gather, you will decide to either uphold or reject the complaint.  Following this, you will communicate the result of your communications to both the customer and the other business areas.  You will be expected to manage a portfolio of complaints in a targeted driven environment.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

In order to be considered for this role, you must have previously worked as a Complaints Specialist within a similar financial environment.  You will preferable have experience of delaing with mortgage complaints where the customer believes the mortgage has been mis-sold.

You will preferably have FPC 1,2 &3 qualifications, however strong letter writing and analytical skills are essential as is the ability to assess complex complaints impartially.
