Customer Account Manager Rosyth   £13,500 to £15,000 plus bonus

One of the leading Financial Services companies and one of the largest providers of mortgages and savings in the UK are looking to recruit a Customer Service Adviser for their Dundee branch.

Your role will be to provide a service to the customers and promote the services and products that the organisation offers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing a first class service to customers and identifying needs
• Contributing to the branch target and personal targets
• Participate in branch sales promotional activity
• Dealing with Financial Services products
• Respond to enquiries face to face and over the telephone
• Process transactions, handle cash and cheques
• Deal with administrative issues
• Deal with incoming and outgoing mail

In order to be successful in this role you must have experience of working in a customer service role, ideally with some sales exposure. You must have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and enjoy exceeding targets.
