Corporate Recovery Senior Administrator Glasgow   £22,000 plus benefits

Purpose of the role:

To operate in the Personal Insolvency Team covering the day to day administration and progression of the departmental caseload of Trust Deeds and Sequestrations; taking responsibility for administration of a case from commencement of the job to the conclusion.

Key duties will include:

• Interview debtors
• Set up new cases
• Case record management
• Realisation of assets
• Processing and recording of debtor's contributions
• Case closure
• Monitoring and reassessment of debtor's finances
• Compilation of statement of affairs
• Annual reporting to creditors / fee requests
• Maintenance of diary and statutory compliance
• Dealing with creditor correspondence
• Adjudication of claims, leading to payment of dividends
• Assisting the team with any administrative matters
• Investigating challengeable transactions
• Training junior members of staff when required.


You must have previous insolvency experience coupled with a strong desire to learn and the ability to work either independently and as part of a busy team. You will be highly IT literate and will either be CPI qualified or willing and keen to progress towards professional study.
