Well established Travel company seek 2 travel industry experienced people to join their successful Customer Service team, based in East Kilbride.
HOURS
- 15 hours per week
- one shift would be mid week (approx 4 hours)
- the other, a Saturday or Sunday approx 12 hours.
- (applicants who live locally or who have their own transport may be better suited as the morning shift can start as early as 05.30am)
THE ROLE
- To provide out of hours support for existing and new customers placing bookings
- Handling all manner of Customer queries, problems and questions on the out of hours helpline
- Logging all information accurately on the customer files
- Offering solutions to customer issues, or involving other departments in order to resolve issues next day
- Working efficiently in order to ensure all calls are answered quickly and politely
- additional customer care and admin duties connected to the role
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous experience within the travel sector would be a huge advantage
- A working knowledge of "Galileo" or similar reservation systems is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL in order to apply for this position.
