Collections Advisor / Telesales

Based - Kilmarnock
My client, based in Kilmarnock has an urgent requirement for a Collections Advisor / Telesales advisor to join their team on a tempoary basis, this will be a long term role with the possibility of being made permanent for the right candidate.
You will be dealing with an existing customer base but through time there will be an requirement to cold call new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience within either a telesales or collections environment.
- Excellent administration skill.
- Comfortable dealing with customers by email and over the telephone.
- A "can do" approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
