Large, well established organisation who are a "known name" in their industry, seeking to expand Customer Service team in several of their west of Scotland. branches.
This particular role is based within the Anniesland Branch, and is a full time permanent job.
Hours
- 35 hours are the core working hours, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
- In addition to this, there is a Saturday morning rota system in place, where you will be called upon to work some Saturdays - 9am - 12 noon.
Holidays
25 days plus 6 fixed public holidays
Salary
- The minimum basic salary on offer for the role is £13,015.
- This is made up of £11,850 + £1,165 Saturday Rota allowance. (there may be some negotiation on the salary depending on each candidates background and experience).

THE ROLE
- Dealing with customers over the phone AND face to face (some form of previous Customer Service experience is ESSENTIAL)
- Processing and recording all Customer transactions, updating customer records accurately and efficiently. (strong admin skills preferred).
- Identify customer needs in order to advise on the very best products and services for their individual needs.
- Identify opportunities for additional business through all customer dealings (previous experience of advising customers on the correct products and services is essential here).
- Actively seek opportunities to meet with all customers face to face, rather than just over telephone (applicants must be confident telephone manner and comfortable with all level of customers face to face).
- Deliver against weekly and monthly targets (previous experience of working to some sort of targets or deadlines is essential).
- Cash handling duties
- General admin and office duties
