To support the growth of Apollo we are looking to recruit a Tenant Liaison Officer.

The role of the Tenant Liaison Officer is a vital one.  For many residents you will be the first person they meet from Apollo.  Through your words, action and commitment to giving good service, an impression of the company will be formed in the minds of our customers that will directly reflect on our good name.

You will facilitate the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the Apollo team.

It is Apollo’s belief that your role is one of the most critical within the site team, as achieving excellent customer relationships is a main route to repeat business

In order to be considered for this role you will be

• Organised with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to prioritise using own initiative
• Confident with Microsoft Office
• Committed, loyal and trustworthy
• Have a Full UK driving Licence
