WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for candidates who can service inbound calls from customers to assist with their banking needs within the Banking & Card Services Department. Ideally candidates should possess excellent communication and computer skills and utilise their skill set to assist current and prospective customers in a helpful and friendly manner.

A background in financial services would be helpful but necessary but you must possess customer services skills and be comfortable working to deadlines and targets.

DETAILS

Location - Rosyth & Dunfermline

Start date - March & April 2010

Salary - £Up to £14635.00 depending upon experience. Excellent benefits and incentives are also available

GREAT SHIFT PATTERNS WHICH CAN CATER TO A VARIETY OF NEEDS

Flextra, 5 days out of 7 (includes minimal weekend work) 35 hours per week between 8.00am & 8.00pm.

Fixed Lates, Starting on 15th March 2010 Tuesday to Saturday 2.30pm to 10.30pm

Fixed Lates, Starting on 26th April 2010 Sunday to Thursday (1.30pm to 9.30pm)
