KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the full payroll function
Processing permanent and temporary monthly changes for all staff including locums
HMRC reconciliation, payments and ad hoc queries
Reconciling payroll control accounts
Processing self-employed locum invoices and payment runs
Liaising with HR/Timekeeping as required on information flow and ad hoc queries
Respond to employee and locum queries
Ad hoc analysis as required
THE PERSON
The successful applicant will join a busy finance team that is committed to providing an excellent service to both its internal and external customers. Therefore we are looking for a person with the key strengths of good organisational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with other departments and employees, work accurately and under their own direction
ESSENTIAL
· At least 2 years experience in a busy payroll function
