Our client are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Team Leader to join the large office.
You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of personal injury claims handlers to ensure individual and team targets are met. Also responsible for providing support and giving technical advice to the team and lead and motivate the team along with controlling work allocation and also be responsible for providing coaching and training as necessary within the team.
You will have strong leadership skills and proven experience within a supervisory role along with personal injury claims handling experience. You will also be an excellent communication skills.
