CLAIMS HANDLER - IMMEDIATE START Glasgow   £17,000

HR Consultancy are looking for experienced Domestic / Commercial Property Claims Handlers  to join a large well established Loss Adjuster.     

Responsibilities will include;

• Handling a portfolio of domestic / commercial property claims from allocation to settlement  
• Managing client instructions through the development of high quality interpersonal skills and create good client relationships built around trust and speedy resolution of assignments
• Dealing and liaising with insurers and policyholders as appropriate
• Managing diary and incoming correspondence
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times

Required experience

You will have previous domestic or commercial property technical claims handling experience and will be confident in making sound claims decisions along with first class communication skills - both written and verbal - and must be committed to delivering first class customer service.
