Our client is recognised as one of the worlds largest independent provider of claims management solutions
They currently require an experienced Operations Manager to assume responsibility for the following duties:
- Manage financial accounts and resources/costs for CPBU
- Manage service quality for CPBU
- Ensure client needs are met and SLA KPIs are achieved as a minimum
- Ensure all HR policies are complied with
- Manage staff resources, employee development and performance levels in line with the needs of the business
- Establish and maintain a programme of key client liaison between Client Partnerships and Key Account Managers
- Manage and develop client relationships
- To have effective system of communication in place with all staff
- Facilitate communication with other parts of the business and senior management
- Ensure awareness and compliance with all corporate governance requirements (as well as general company policies and procedures)
- Seek to develop own skills to aid performance in role
- Achievement of Company and Corporate objectives
- Maintain awareness of Business Continuity programme and role within it
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and/or awareness of FSA procedures and the TCF initiative
- Communicate with the team on a regular basis regarding corporate and departmental information and updates
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their effectiveness within the following areas:
- Strong people management experience / background
- Strong operational background
- A good technical background and understanding of the market
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial management reports
- Proven experience of achieving financial targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Flexible approach – the job holder will be required to travel throughout the UK and internationally as and when appropriate
