Our client is recognised as one of the UK's leading Customer Service & Sales outsourcers, employing in excess of 2000 staff across several sites.

They pride themselves on the effectiveness of each of their operational contact centres and to further enhance their service provision they require an experienced operational executive with a strong understanding of outsourced and insourced contact centre solutions.

This is a newly developed post created to assist the executive team in delivering maximum efficiencies with contact centre resources whilst maintaining an excellent employee, client, and customer experience at all times.

The successful applicant will work with all stakeholders to achieve financial and non-financial performance targets via the effective development of customer service excellence programmes.

To be considered for this role you will possess at least 5-years experience as an operational contact centre manager within a Financial Services environment and will possess experience of achieving direct sales through affinity partnerships.
