Role profile
Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers selling a range of products
Taking orders over the phone and processing them vai the computer system
Recording delivery details and tracking orders
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Sending out correspondence relating to orders
Person profile
Experience of selling to new and existing customers
Excellent telephone and communication skills
PC literate
Good team player
