Main Responsibilities:
Your role will be to take Inbound calls from valued new and existing customers. Each customer is different and you will deal with a variety of customer calls. Offering excellent customer service and using your outstanding communication skills, you will promote customers a range of new products that are available to them, Identifying opportunities when possible.
The role is a sales based role and will involve targets !
Skills and Experience:
You are very customer focused and have a proven track record in sales and delivering excellent customer service. You have outstanding communication skills and you are able to build a rapport with your customers. You are very self motivated and driven to succeed. You are comfortable introducing new products and services to customers, to ensure you have gone the extra mile to offer them a memorable customer experience.
