Thriving mid-tier practice with strong Scottish base seek an experienced supervisor to join their personal team in Glasgow.
You will have the opportunity to develop your already strong knowledge of insolvency processes whilst getting involved in overall case management and staff management. You will run a complex portfolio of personal work with a heavy leaning towards sequestrations. Your key duties will involve:
All statutory work involved in Sequestration processes;
Convening meetings where necessary/ preparation of accounts;
Ensuring asset realisation in line with original statement of affairs;
Preparation of fee circulars, and SIP9 analysis;
Preparation of Adjudications Schedules and payment of dividends;
Case closure;
Trust deeds work;
General correspondence;
Maintaining case diary;
Review Work.
Reporting to senior manager, you will have knowledge of insolvency systems including IPS and be keen to progress your career within insolvency case work.
