About the role:

As Operations Manager you will lead and manage a group of Team Mangers to ensure we are continually improving our service and delivering an excellent reputation for service which acts as a driver for maximising performance within a collections and recoveries operation.You will coach the team Managers to ensure their teams are highly motivated, knowledgeable and able to deliver quality execution, agility and insight into our customer needs. You will work across teams within the operation to encourage ideas and analysis and use these along with my own insights into customer demand data (frequency and type) to develop and lead the delivery of continuous improvement and change projects either through myself or through other teams. You will understand customer outcomes and use data to drive the right behaviours to deliver customer outcomes at a team level.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience of managing managers

  • Experience in Collections & Recoveries

  • Significant experience of coaching and developing others to deliver great standards

  • Experience of design and delivery of CI and Change initiatives

  • Evidence of delivery through using data to drive the right behaviours

  • Ability to influence people who are not direct reports
