Finance Director Glasgow   £100,000 per Annum

My client, a rapidly expanding Construction organisation with a number of offices in the UK has a requirement for a Finance Director. Reporting to the Managing Director the successful candidate will have full responsibility for managing the finance team in Scotland.

The key responsibilities will include:

* Working closely with the MD to optimise business performance
* Provision of management information to the Board and leadership team
* Preparation of financial and management information for Group
* Assessment and improvement of financial systems and controls
* Leading the annual budgeting process
* General Risk management and provision of a strong control framework
* Optimisation and management of working capital
* Development of the finance team

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with previous experience in the Construction industry and operated in a high level operational financial management/ business strategy role.
