Your job will be to prepare meats and poultry. Meat joints will go to a production department for packing, weighing and labelling. You will be involved in all aspects of production and attention to detail will be expected to ensure quality products are delivered to our end users.
You will work on a nightshift basis to ensure products are delivered fresh the following day.
You must have basic hygiene certificate and gained an NVQ Level 2 in Meat and Poultry Processing.
