DOMESTIC CLAIMS HANDLER Glasgow   Salary Negotiable

HR Consultancy are recruiting on behalf of a well established and respected Loss Adjuster based in Glasgow City Centre. They require an experienced Domestic Claims Handler to join the team.   

Responsibilities will include:

• Handling a portfolio of domestic claims from allocation to settlement
• Ensuring that claims are dealt with efficiently and effectively
• Liaising with insurers and policyholders as appropriate
• Management of diary and incoming correspondence
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times

Required experience

You will have previous domestic claims handling experience and will be confident in making sound claims decisions along with first class communication skills - both written and verbal - and must be committed to delivering first class customer service.
