CLAIMS HANDLER Glasgow   £Excellent Salary + Benefits on offer

Our client are currently looking for an experienced CLAIMS HANDLER to join the team.     Role    You will handle Claims on behalf of specific clients. You will emphasise on resolving claims issues and identify appropriate claims resources along with ensuring cost effective delivery of claims solutions on specific claims.
   

Responsibilities

• Resolution of specific claims issues for clients  
• Develop relationships with clients
• Identify claims issue and solution focused approach  
• Deal with claims service providers to solve issues  
• Keep all parties advised of progress/next steps  
• Maintain records on claims system

Required experience  

You will have a sound understanding of Claims, ranging from Public Liability, Employers Liability, Products Liability, Motor and Business Interruption and able to demonstrate and apply a high level of technical knowledge. You will also have first class communication skills - both written and verbal - and must be committed to delivering first class customer service.
