National Director - Scotland

35 hours per week • Starting salary: £37,254 per annum

Location: Scotland • Ref: SCOT21

This is an exciting and challenging time in the development of THT’s services in Scotland. We are expanding the range and breadth of services provision and need an inspirational leader to help us create and deliver new models of care.

You'll provide strong leadership and clear strategic direction for the development of the services which are responsive to client need. The role demands skilful relationship management and key influencing skills with external and internal stakeholders.

The role will also use your general management skills and will give you the scope to innovate and create change. You'll need to share our vision and values and have an open and empowering leadership style.
