Office Angels Client are urgently seeking candidates with previous administration experience to be based in they're professional office based in Dunfermline.

Duties will include:

Quality administration support for the whole department

Be a key communication contact both internal and external

Preparation of meeting events for clients

Assisting with organisation of campaigns and projects

Dealing with all mail and email input for all colleagues

The successful candidate will have a good background in administration, have first class communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Monday - Friday
8.30am - 17.00pm
